The APP respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users who use its services. In order to provide you with more accurate services, the APP will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, the APP will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudent duty. Except as otherwise stipulated in this privacy policy, the APP will not disclose this information to the outside world or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. The APP will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the APP service use agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the APP service use agreement.

(b) Relevant information data that the APP collects about you published on the APP, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
(c) Behaviors that violate laws and regulations or violate APP rules and measures that the APP has taken against you.
(a) The APP will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless your permission is obtained in advance, or the third party and the APP (including APP affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such materials that they were previously able to access.
(b) The APP also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means for free. If any APP platform user engages in the above activities, once discovered, the APP has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.
Under the following circumstances, the APP will disclose your personal information in whole or in part based on your personal wishes or legal requirements:
(a) Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;
(b) To provide the products and services you require, it is necessary to share your personal information with third parties;
(c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative and judicial institutions according to relevant legal provisions or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;
(d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or APP service agreements or related rules, disclosure to third parties is required;
(e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, at the request of the respondent, disclosure to the respondent to facilitate both parties to handle possible rights disputes;
(f) In a transaction created on the APP platform, if any party to the transaction has performed or partially performed the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, the APP has the right to decide to provide that user with necessary information such as the contact information of their transaction counterpart to facilitate the completion of the transaction or resolution of disputes.
(g) Other disclosures that the APP considers appropriate according to laws, regulations, or website policies.
Information and materials collected by the APP about you will be stored on servers of the APP and/or its affiliated companies. This information and materials may be transmitted to and accessed, stored, and displayed outside the country, region where you are located or where the APP collects information and materials.
(a) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, the APP will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use APP platform services or functions that rely on cookies. The APP's use of cookies can provide you with more considerate services, including promotional services.
(b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse cookies, you may not be able to log in or use APP network services or functions that rely on cookies.
(c) Information obtained through cookies set by the APP will be subject to this policy.
(a) APP accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information safe. The APP will ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no "perfect security measures" on information networks.
(b) When using APP network services for online transactions, you inevitably need to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the transaction counterpart or potential transaction counterpart. Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your APP username and password have been leaked, please contact APP customer service immediately so that the APP can take appropriate measures.
